The diagnostic happens before the install begins (formally for Tier 04, informally for Tiers 01 through 03 via a pre-engagement intake form). The custom AI systems we build during the install are built around your workflows, your data, and your tools, not around a template.
Yes. We use the AI tools you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and the integrations your team is already running. Nothing exotic. Nothing that introduces new vendor relationships unless you want it to. Your IT team can review the architecture before, during, or after the install.
The Installation is built for operators, not engineers. We do not write code. We build systems using the AI tools your team already has access to and configure them around your team's actual operating reality. The technical bar is set so that a non-technical operator can run and maintain the systems after we leave.
There are no refunds once an engagement is scheduled. The 50% deposit holds your dates. The 50% balance is due on completion. If you need to reschedule, we work with you on dates within a 90-day window.
Yes, at $300 per additional participant up to a hard ceiling of 50 participants per engagement. Above 50, the room dynamics change and the install loses its effectiveness. We will not exceed that cap.
Yes, for in-person tiers. Travel and lodging are covered by the client. International engagements may require additional scheduling lead time.
