AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By checking the box next to these Terms & Conditions and clicking the "Purchase," "Subscribe," or "Join Now" button, you, the purchaser of the Unfazed Founder™ Membership (hereinafter "Client," "you," or "your"), confirm that you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding agreement with The Faceless Founder, LLC DBA Unfazed Founder (hereinafter "Company," "we," or "us"), and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. For good and valuable consideration as outlined on the official Unfazed Founder™ checkout page, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

PROGRAM OUTLINE

Client is purchasing access to the Unfazed Founder™ Membership ("Program" or "Membership"), a subscription-based digital business mentorship and operational training program hosted on Circle.so and other platforms as designated by the Company. The Program is designed for entrepreneurs and founders building scalable online businesses.

Program components may include:

Live coaching calls, strategic intensives, and Q&A sessions
Digital templates, SOPs, backend workflows, and automation systems
Access to curated trainings, live challenges, and backend tutorials
Private community access via Circle.so
Optional affiliate opportunities via formal registration in the Unfazed Affiliate Program™ (through the Affiliate HQ inside Circle.so)
Foundational and advanced digital product strategy trainings

The Program is a living ecosystem and may evolve over time. Access is granted for as long as the Program is actively hosted and offered by the Company ("life of the product"). Unfazed Founder™ reserves the right to modify or remove any feature at its sole discretion.

From time to time, the Unfazed Founder™ Membership may include additional subscription tiers, including but not limited to higher-access coaching tiers such as Founder’s Table™ (“Founder’s Table,” “Table Tier”). These tiers are part of the same Unfazed Founder™ ecosystem and are governed by this Agreement in addition to any product-specific terms presented at checkout or on the relevant sales page.

Founder’s Table™ is a strategic coaching subscription tier that includes live coaching access, community and pod support, and bundled access to the Unfazed Founder™ digital product suite, subject to the billing, access, and ownership rules described in this Agreement.

EXPANDED PROGRAM SCOPE

These Terms & Conditions apply not only to the Unfazed Founder™ Membership, but also to any additional coaching containers, intensives, digital programs or courses, workshops, or live events offered under the Unfazed Founder™ brand — including those co-hosted with approved collaborators.

By enrolling in any paid product or container hosted by The Faceless Founder, LLC DBA Unfazed Founder, you agree to all terms, disclaimers, conduct expectations, and enforcement policies outlined in this Agreement. This includes any future containers, cohorts, or productized offerings delivered live, asynchronously, or in a hybrid format.

All intellectual property, confidentiality protections, disclaimers, refund policies, and behavior standards apply equally to these expanded offerings. Participation in any Unfazed Founder™ experience does not create an agency or employment relationship between you and the Company.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or retire any product or container at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

NO AGENCY & ASSIGNMENT

Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. You agree that you have no authority to bind Unfazed Founder in any way. This Agreement may not be assigned by the Client without prior written consent from the Company.

MEMBERSHIP PRICING

Beta Members: $33/month (grandfathered for life)
Launch Marketing Members: $99/month (grandfathered for life)
Future Pricing: $199/month (no grandfathering unless explicitly stated)
Higher-Access Tiers (Including Founder’s Table™)

From time to time, Unfazed Founder™ may offer higher-access subscription tiers such as Founder’s Table™ at separate price points from the Community Membership. These tiers may include additional live coaching, proximity, and bundled digital products and will be priced separately from the Community Unfazed Founder™ Membership.

Upgrading into a higher-access tier does not create an additional membership fee during the upgrade term. If you are an existing Community-tier Unfazed Founder™ member and upgrade into Founder’s Table™ (or a similar higher tier), your Community-tier subscription will be paused during your active higher-tier term. At the end of your higher-tier term, you may:

Renew your higher-tier subscription, or
Transition back to the Community Unfazed Founder™ Membership at your original grandfathered rate (if applicable), or the then-current public rate as specified in your original purchase terms.
If your membership lapses or is cancelled, any founding or beta pricing for the Community tier will be forfeited, and re-enrollment will be at the then-current public rate unless otherwise specified in writing.

Pricing refers only to continued access during the life of the Program. If the Program is sunset, transitioned, or materially restructured, the Company may retire legacy pricing.

FOUNDER’S TABLE™ BILLING, COMMITMENT & ACCESS

Founder’s Table™ is a higher-access coaching subscription tier of the Unfazed Founder™ Membership. By enrolling in Founder’s Table™, you agree to the following additional terms, which supplement the general payment and access conditions of this Agreement:

3-Month Minimum Commitment. Founder’s Table™ is offered as a subscription with a three (3) month minimum commitment. There is no month-to-month option. You may enroll via:

A three-payment plan (three consecutive monthly installments), or
A three-month pay-in-full option.

No Cancellations or Pauses During Commitment Term. Once enrolled, you are committing to the full three-month term. Payments may not be canceled, paused, or deferred during this initial commitment period. All Founder’s Table™ payments are non-refundable.

Payment Schedule. For payment plan enrollments, your first installment is charged on the day you enroll. The second and third installments are charged approximately thirty (30) and sixty (60) days later, respectively. For pay-in-full enrollments, the full amount is charged on the day you enroll.

For presale or early enrollment periods, your payment obligations begin on the date of purchase, even if the official Founder’s Table™ kickoff date is later (for example, January 6, 2026). The specific access window, bonuses, and timing for your cohort are as described on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase.

Access Window & Renewals.

During limited-time launch or presale periods, your enrollment may grant access for a fixed calendar window (for example, a Q1 term) as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
After the initial launch period, Founder’s Table™ may operate as a rolling subscription that renews automatically in three (3) month increments from your start date, unless canceled prior to the next renewal window as described at checkout.

Community Membership Replacement During Term. If you are an existing Unfazed Founder™ Community-tier member, your Founder’s Table™ subscription replaces your Community-tier membership for the duration of your Founder’s Table™ term. You will not be charged for the Community tier during any month covered by your Founder’s Table™ commitment. When you upgrade, billing for Founder’s Table™ begins on your enrollment date and your Community-tier recurring payment is paused for the duration of your Founder’s Table™ term; no proration or partial refunds are provided for any remaining days in your prior billing cycle.

Access to Digital Product Suite. Enrollment in Founder’s Table™ may include access to certain Unfazed Founder™ digital products (for example: First Class: Build a True-to-You Business™, Next Level™, IG Launch Insurance™, and Startup Stories™).

Access to these products begins upon enrollment.
Ownership of these digital products (meaning ongoing rights to access as individual purchases) is granted only after either (a) all three Founder’s Table™ payments are successfully completed, or (b) your pay-in-full payment is successfully processed.
If payments are stopped, fail, or are not brought current within the seven (7) day grace window, all access, ownership, and affiliate rights related to Founder’s Table™ and any included digital products may be revoked immediately, and no refunds will be issued due to the instant access to intellectual property.

Non-Refundable. Due to the instant access to proprietary digital content, community spaces, and live coaching, all Founder’s Table™ sales are final. No refunds will be granted for any reason, including dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend live sessions.

Renewal Choices. At the end of your Founder’s Table™ term, you may:

Renew for another three-month term at then-current pricing, or
Transition back to the Community Unfazed Founder™ Membership (at your original grandfathered rate if applicable and if such grandfathering was explicitly granted), or
Exit the membership ecosystem entirely, in which case community access and membership-tied resources will end as described in this Agreement.

FOUNDING RATES, BETA, AND SCHOLARSHIPS

Some members may be offered founding rates, beta pricing, or scholarships. These special rates are discretionary, may be revoked at any time, and apply only while your membership remains active and in good standing.

If your membership lapses or is canceled, any founding or beta pricing will be forfeited. Should you choose to return, rejoining will be at the current public rate unless otherwise specified in writing by Unfazed Founder™.

Scholarships are time-limited, conditional, and may be revoked if the member is inactive or fails to uphold community standards.

FREE TRIAL ELIGIBILITY & NON-STACKING POLICY

Free trials offered through select Unfazed Founder™ products, promotions, or bundles are valid for first-time members only.

If you have previously received a free trial, participated as a member, or redeemed any promotional access, you are not eligible for additional free trials through subsequent purchases.

Free trials are a one-time introductory privilege and do not stack or combine across multiple offers, products, or purchases unless explicitly stated in writing by Unfazed Founder™.

In cases where multiple products include trial bonuses, only the first qualifying purchase will activate the free-month period. Subsequent purchases will begin billing immediately at the standard monthly rate.

PAYMENT, BILLING & CANCELLATION

All payments are collected via Stripe or other designated third-party processors. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly billing until cancellation.

Payments are final. No refunds will be granted.
Cancellations apply to future billing only. You retain access through your paid billing cycle.
Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period. Unresolved payments may result in suspension and a late fee may be applied at the Company’s discretion.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any chargeback results in immediate removal, revocation of access, and potential legal action.
Defaulting on payment plans may result in collections and forfeiture of affiliate or future program eligibility.
For higher-access tiers such as Founder’s Table™, additional product-specific billing terms may apply (including minimum commitment periods and stricter no-cancellation policies). Where there is a conflict between this general section and the Founder’s Table™ section above, the product-specific Founder’s Table™ terms will control for that tier.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital, proprietary nature of the Membership, all sales are final. Refunds will not be granted for any reason, including dissatisfaction, failure to access materials, non-participation, or unmet expectations. Chargebacks are prohibited. If initiated, you forfeit all access and may face legal or financial penalties.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to intellectual property that cannot be returned.

TESTIMONIALS

By publicly sharing your experience with Unfazed Founder™ on social media or within the platform, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, repurpose, and distribute such content for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your content used, you must notify us in writing at [email protected].

NON-DISCLOSURE

You acknowledge that all resources, training materials, calls, templates, and strategies shared within Unfazed Founder™ are confidential and proprietary. You agree:

Not to copy, teach, redistribute, or adapt our materials in any course, service, or offer
Not to share materials with any third party not enrolled in the Program
That your license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable

This agreement remains in effect beyond the duration of your membership. Any violation may result in legal action, removal from the Program without refund, and forfeiture of affiliate rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content inside Unfazed Founder™, including but not limited to lessons, templates, recordings, coaching insights, and workflows, is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, teach, distribute, modify, or claim ownership of any part of the Program.

You are strictly prohibited from using any part of the Program’s content within your own digital products, services, or client offers without explicit written permission. This includes derivative work, reworded material, re-teaching of proprietary frameworks, or publishing any content that originated within Unfazed Founder™.

Unfazed Founder™ enforces a zero-tolerance policy for intellectual property violations. If any use, distribution, or repurposing of Unfazed Founder™ materials is discovered, we will pursue legal enforcement to the fullest extent permitted by law, including injunctive relief, recovery of damages, and all legal and attorney's fees. No refund will be granted, and access will be permanently revoked without appeal.

We treat intellectual property theft seriously. If you are unsure whether an intended use of our materials constitutes infringement, you are required to contact [email protected] for written permission before proceeding. Ethical business conduct is expected, and IP misuse will not be tolerated under any circumstance.

AFFILIATE ATTRIBUTION & LEAD SHARING

If you register for or purchase any Unfazed Founder™ event, free training, digital product, or membership using an affiliate link or by listing an affiliate as your referrer, you acknowledge and agree that Unfazed Founder™ may share limited personal information with that affiliate for purposes of attribution, commission tracking, and follow-up support; however, affiliate attribution for commission purposes is locked only upon a customer’s first paid purchase as described in the Affiliate Program Terms.

The information shared may include:

Your name
Your email address
Your Instagram handle
The product, event, or training you registered for

This information is shared solely so your referring affiliate can:

Confirm they were credited for the referral
Provide optional support or follow-up
Answer questions related to the registration
Understand which products or trainings you accessed through their link

Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, email, and anti-spam laws when contacting you.

By completing any form that includes an affiliate referral field or by accessing any Unfazed Founder™ offer via an affiliate link, you consent to this limited information-sharing as part of the standard operation of the Unfazed Affiliate Program™.

Unfazed Founder™ does not sell your personal information. Lead sharing with affiliates is limited solely to referral attribution and program administration and is considered a legitimate business interest.

FOUNDER’S CHALLENGE™ REWARD FUNNEL (AFFILIATE ATTRIBUTION + COMMISSION EXCLUSION)

Founder’s Challenge: Get True-to-You in 72 Hours™ (“Founder’s Challenge”) may be promoted by approved Unfazed Founder™ affiliates. A “Who referred you?” field may be present during the Founder’s Challenge purchase experience for attribution purposes.

Commission Exclusion. No commissions are paid on the $22 Founder’s Challenge purchase, regardless of referral source.

Attribution Trigger = Purchase Only. Attribution is recorded only if a customer purchases Founder’s Challenge through an affiliate link or by listing an affiliate at the time of purchase. Registration, free opt-ins, or challenge sign-ups without purchase do not lock attribution.

First Paid Purchase Controls. A customer’s first paid purchase through an affiliate link is the only event that locks attribution. If a customer does not purchase Founder’s Challenge and instead later purchases a different Unfazed Founder™ product directly (or through another affiliate), attribution will be determined by that first paid purchase and will not be retroactively reassigned.

Future Qualified Products Only. If attribution is locked via a Founder’s Challenge purchase, the referring affiliate may receive commission only on future commissionable products for which the affiliate is eligible and holds the required ownership/resale rights, as defined in the Unfazed Affiliate Program™ Terms & Conditions. (Again: the Founder’s Challenge purchase itself is non-commissionable.)

Reward / Bonus Fulfillment. Founder’s Challenge may include promotional incentives, such as access to Startup Stories™ (stated value $111) if the participant completes the challenge requirements within seventy-two (72) hours. Promotional bonuses are not standalone purchases and do not change commissionability.

Unfazed Founder™ reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue reward funnels and bonus incentives at any time.

PLR / LICENSED CONTENT

From time to time, Unfazed Founder™ may designate certain resources (such as Escape the Copycat Trap™) as Private Label Rights (“PLR”) content. Unless a resource is explicitly marked as PLR, it is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, rebranded, or resold.

Eligibility

PLR rights are granted only to certain:

Active, paid Unfazed Founder™ members, AND

Approved Unfazed Affiliate Program™ members in good standing

Scope of License

When a resource is tagged as PLR, eligible affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

Customize (edit design, colors, branding, and wording as desired to reflect their own voice) so long as it doesn’t violate our ethics and standards

Distribute as a free lead magnet under their own name/brand.

Bundle with their own original paid products, services, or mentorship programs.

Cannot be paired with other affiliate products they promote.

Restrictions

PLR resources may not be sold as standalone products under any circumstances.

PLR rights are not granted through free downloads or non-affiliate purchases.

PLR rights are conditional, non-transferable, and may not be sublicensed.

Affiliates must not misrepresent full authorship, edits or rebranding must reasonably reflect their adaptation.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or misrepresentation may result in termination of affiliate and/or membership privileges, as well as legal action.

Ownership

All PLR resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of Unfazed Founder™. Grant of PLR rights constitutes a license only and does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Revocation

Unfazed Founder™ reserves the right to revoke PLR rights at any time for misuse, breach of terms, or unauthorized distribution. Upon revocation, affiliates must immediately cease use and remove the content.

Affiliate Badge Requirement

Approved affiliates may be required to display an official “Unfazed Affiliate™” badge/emblem on PLR resources they distribute, to signify authenticity and alignment with the Unfazed Founder™ community. Badge usage details will be provided inside the Affiliate HQ community space, within the Circle.so platform.

UNFAZED AFFILIATE PROGRAM™ TERMS OVERVIEW

The Unfazed Affiliate Program™ is an initiative designed to reward aligned, values-driven members who want to grow alongside the Unfazed Founder™ ecosystem. Participation is a privilege, not a right, and is limited to active, paid community members in good standing.

This program is built on fairness, protection, and recognition:

Members-Only Access: Only current paying members of Unfazed Founder™ may gain or maintain affiliate rights.
Affiliate Registration: Eligible members must complete official registration for the Unfazed Affiliate Program™ inside the Affiliate HQ within Circle.so before earning commissions. Any sales made prior to registration are not commissionable.

Lifetime Attribution: When a customer makes their first paid purchase with Unfazed Founder™ under your referral, that customer is permanently attributed to you for future commissionable purchases, provided both you (the affiliate) and the customer remain active, paying members in good standing.

Fair Commission Rights: You only earn on products you personally purchased and hold affiliate rights to.

Grandfathered Rates: Commission percentages are locked based on the date of your product purchase and confirmed in your purchase confirmation email, ensuring clarity and fairness over time.

Culture of Service: Selling = serving. Affiliates are expected to guide people to the right products for them, not chase clicks or pressure sales.

The affiliate pathway is designed as part of our broader mission: every product ultimately drives membership, and ongoing community engagement is what leads to sustainable entrepreneurship.

Important Notes:

Affiliate rights are conditional and may be revoked for misconduct, misuse, or failure to remain in good standing.

Most products are not PLR; exceptions will be clearly labeled. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or misrepresentation of Unfazed Founder™ intellectual property is prohibited.

This program is not a traffic scheme but a curated ambassador role for trusted collaborators who embody our values of integrity, service, and long-game entrepreneurship.

Participation in the Unfazed Affiliate Program™ constitutes agreement to these Terms and the full Unfazed Affiliate Program™ Terms & Conditions, which are listed at the bottom of these terms for reference.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & DISCLAIMER

Client participation is 100% voluntary. We provide tools, mentorship, and frameworks for educational purposes. Unfazed Founder™ makes no guarantees about earnings or specific results. You are responsible for your implementation, business performance, and outcomes.

Any income claims made by Wessal Khader or any members of the Unfazed Founder™ team or community in public content, coaching, or marketing are provided solely as verifiable examples of past performance. These are not to be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or projections of what you will earn. Your results depend entirely on your decisions, effort, capacity, niche, and execution.

You agree to hold Unfazed Founder™ harmless for any business, financial, or emotional impact incurred from participation.

BEHAVIOR, CONDUCT & TERMINATION

Unfazed Founder™ enforces a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behavior, defamation, harassment, bullying, or community disruption. Examples of conduct violations include:

Disparaging the Company or other clients
Harassing, gaslighting, or undermining others
Spamming or unauthorized self-promotion
Leaking or misusing private materials

Unfazed Founder™ reserves the right to remove any Client without refund for violating our standards.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any liability, loss, legal claims, or damages resulting from your actions, use of the Program, or breach of this Agreement.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for disruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, outages). In such cases, services may be paused without refund. Any delays or adjustments due to force majeure events will not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

PROGRAM ACCESS

You retain access only while the Program is active. If the Company sunsets the Program or changes platforms, we may provide a 7-day download window. Access is not guaranteed beyond the life of the product.

ACCESS RIGHTS: INDIVIDUAL PURCHASES VS. MEMBERSHIP MATERIALS

When you purchase an individual product, course, or coaching experience from Unfazed Founder™, you are buying a digital asset that you retain rights to access and download. These purchases are considered “owned” by you and will be delivered via Circle.so, Kajabi, or other designated platforms. If delivery platforms change, the Company will ensure you have continued access to your purchased asset(s), though they may not necessarily remain housed inside Circle.

By contrast, materials provided exclusively as part of the Unfazed Founder™ Membership, including but not limited to Office Hours recordings, monthly worksheets, live call replays, community challenges, and ongoing prompt libraries are tied solely to your active membership. If your Membership lapses, is cancelled, or otherwise ends, you forfeit access to these membership-only resources.

This delineation is intended to clarify:

Individual product purchases = digital assets you own ongoing rights to access.

Membership resources = content you can only access while actively enrolled as a paying member.

Unfazed Founder™ reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a resource is classified as a purchased asset or a membership-only benefit.

If you gain access to digital products through a higher-tier membership or subscription (such as Founder’s Table™), your rights depend on completion of your agreed payment schedule:

While your payments are in progress and your account remains in good standing, you may access the included products as part of your membership experience.
Once all required payments are completed (or pay-in-full is processed), those digital products become “owned” assets under this policy, and you retain ongoing rights to access them as individual purchases even if your membership later ends.
If payments are not completed and are not brought current within the seven (7) day grace window, all access, product ownership, and affiliate rights related to those products and the relevant membership tier will be revoked.

THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS & TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER

Unfazed Founder™ programs and resources may be delivered through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Circle, Kajabi, Slack, or Google Drive).

While we make every effort to ensure continuous access, Unfazed Founder™ is not liable for outages, downtime, or functionality issues caused by third-party providers. You are responsible for maintaining your own logins, internet access, and updated software to participate.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, browsers, or operating systems

From time to time, live coaching calls, workshops, or group sessions (including those inside Founder’s Table™) may be recorded and stored on third-party platforms (such as Circle or Kajabi) for member access. By participating in these calls, you understand your voice, likeness, and shared contributions may be captured in the recording. You may choose not to speak, turn off your camera, or use chat-only participation if you prefer not to appear.

COACHING & NO GUARANTEES

From time to time, Unfazed Founder™ may offer group coaching, office hours, audits, or other forms of guidance. These services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to sales, revenue, or legal compliance, from participation in coaching or use of our resources. Your results depend on your individual effort, business model, and market conditions.

Coaching does not replace legal, tax, financial, or therapeutic advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration through the AAA, held virtually or in Teton County, Wyoming.

No class actions permitted
All claims must be filed within 1 year or are permanently barred

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Jurisdiction resides in Teton County, Wyoming.

SEVERABILITY

If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains in effect.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS & PRODUCTS

Unfazed Founder™ may reference or link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to Program descriptions, pricing, or materials.

AMENDMENTS

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued access to the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. Clients will be notified via email when material changes occur.

The following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Unfazed Affiliate™ Program (the “Program”) operated by The Faceless Founder LLC, DBA Unfazed Founder™ (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with these Terms.

Participation in the Program is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time for non-compliance.

Overview & Purpose

The Unfazed Affiliate Program™ is a brand-aligned ambassador program designed to reward trusted Unfazed Founder™ members who share our values of integrity, transparency, and service.

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying referrals to Unfazed Founder™ memberships and select digital products.
Commissions are tied to both product ownership (you must own the product to resell it) and active membership (you must maintain your Unfazed Founder™ membership in good standing).
Once a buyer makes their first paid purchase using your affiliate code or link, that buyer is attributed to you for life as long as you remain eligible.

This Program is not a traffic arbitrage or passive income plug-in. It is designed to build sustainable revenue streams for Affiliates who actively contribute to the Unfazed Founder™ ecosystem and customer trust.

Definitions

For clarity within these Terms:

Affiliate: An individual officially approved by Unfazed Founder™ to promote eligible products and services.
Referred Customer: A purchaser who completes a transaction via your tracked affiliate link, in compliance with these Terms.
Active Customer: A paying member who has not paused, cancelled, defaulted, or been refunded.
Member: An individual who has purchased and maintains an active, paid subscription to the Unfazed Founder™ membership. For purposes of these Terms, “Member” excludes free trials, scholarships, gifted months, or paused accounts. Only paying Members in good standing are eligible for Affiliate status.
Tracked Link: A unique URL tied to your affiliate account that enables referral tracking.
Good Standing: Active payment of your own Unfazed Founder™ Membership and compliance with all affiliate rules, brand values, and ethical marketing practices.

Eligibility

To participate, you must:

Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
Be a current, paying member of the Unfazed Founder™ Community with membership in good standing.
To be eligible for commissions, you must complete official registration for the Unfazed Affiliate Program™ through the Affiliate HQ inside Circle.so. Only individuals who have properly submitted their affiliate registration and maintain an active, verified affiliate account are entitled to earn commissions. Any sales or referrals made before completing registration, or outside the registered affiliate dashboard, are not commissionable.
Own the specific product you wish to promote (ownership unlocks resale rights).
Abide by all brand guidelines, values, and compliance rules.

We reserve the right to remove affiliates for any reason, including but not limited to brand misalignment, prior misconduct, or unethical marketing practices.

Affiliate Data Use Obligations

As part of the Unfazed Affiliate Program™, you may receive limited personal information (including a lead’s name, email address, Instagram handle, and registration details) for the sole purpose of attribution, commission tracking, and optional follow-up communication.

By participating in the Program, you agree to:

Use this information only to respond to or support the referred lead
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard all information received
Comply with all applicable privacy, data protection, and anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA where applicable)
Not add any lead to a newsletter, email list, or automated marketing sequence without explicit opt-in consent from that lead
Not share, sell, or disclose any lead information to third parties

Unfazed Founder™ provides lead information for legitimate business purposes only. Misuse of lead data, including unsolicited mass emailing, harassment, or unauthorized sharing, may result in immediate removal from the Unfazed Affiliate Program™ and forfeiture of all commissions.

Commission Eligibility

New Customers Only

Affiliates earn commissions only on brand new customers, defined as individuals who have never previously purchased, subscribed, or joined the Unfazed Founder™ ecosystem.

No commission is awarded for referrals who:

Were previously a paying or trial member of the Unfazed Founder™ Membership.
Signed up through another affiliate’s tracked link prior to your referral eligibility

This ensures credit is fairly assigned to affiliates who bring in net-new customers, not recycled or reactivated accounts.

First Paid Purchase Controls. Only a customer’s first paid purchase locks attribution. Free events, registrations, trials, challenges, and $0 items do not generate commission and do not lock attribution. If, at the moment of the first paid purchase, (i) the referral field is blank or (ii) another affiliate’s name/code is entered, attribution locks accordingly and will not be reassigned.

Affiliate Rights & Attribution

Product Ownership Requirement: You only earn commissions on products you personally purchased and hold affiliate rights to.
For subscription-based tiers such as Founder’s Table™, “ownership” for purposes of affiliate eligibility means that you are an active, paying subscriber to that tier. If you are not currently subscribed to Founder’s Table™, you are not eligible to earn commissions on Founder’s Table™ subscriptions, even if you remain an active Community-tier member.
Lifetime Attribution: Attribution permanently locks at the time of a customer’s first paid purchase using your tracked link or referral code. Attribution and any related commission eligibility remain valid only while (i) you maintain active Unfazed Founder™ membership in good standing and (ii) the customer remains an active customer as defined herein. Free registrations, free challenges, free trials, or other $0 events do not lock attribution.
Grandfathered Rates: Commission percentages are locked at your product purchase date and confirmed in your purchase confirmation email.
Non-Commissionable Items: Free trials, gifted months, scholarship months, and non-commissionable funnels (e.g., free challenges) do not generate commission.
Reassignment on Lapse: If your membership lapses, is cancelled, or otherwise falls out of good standing, all future commissions and attribution associated with your referrals immediately revert to the Company. If you later re-join, you re-enter at then-current public commission rates and no prior attribution or grandfathered rates are reinstated.
Company-Driven Sales to Your Buyers: The Company may market additional offers to customers attributed to you. If you hold affiliate rights to a product and remain in good standing, you will earn the applicable commission on those purchases, subject to these Terms.

Commission Structure

Digital Products: For the October 3–17, 2025 presale period, affiliates earn 70% commission on qualifying digital products. After this period, the standard commission is 50%. Commission rates may be updated in the future as products evolve; the rate in your purchase confirmation will always be the controlling percentage.
Unfazed Founder™ Monthly Membership: For referrals made during the presale period (October 3–17, 2025), affiliates earn 25% recurring commission. After presale, the standard commission is 20% recurring. Commission rates may be updated for the membership; the rate in your purchase confirmation will always be the controlling percentage.
Founder’s Table™ Subscription Tier: Qualified Affiliates earn 25% recurring commission (less fees) on eligible Founder’s Table™ subscriptions only if:

You are an active, paying member of Founder’s Table™ at the time of the referred customer’s purchase and during any period for which commission is paid, and
The referred customer is an active paying Founder’s Table™ member in good standing.

For avoidance of doubt, Community-tier Unfazed Founder™ membership alone does not confer commission rights on Founder’s Table™ unless you are also enrolled in Founder’s Table™ yourself. As with all Unfazed Founder™ products, you may only earn commission on Founder’s Table™ if you personally “own” or actively subscribe to that tier.
Bundles: Commission applies to qualifying bundles based on product ownership (e.g., First Class Startup System™, Digital Marketer’s Profit Pack™, Sales Ignition Bundle™).
Commissions are Paid Less Transaction Fees: Pro-Rata Fee Split. Credit card, certain platform, and payment processing fees (“Transaction Fees”) are allocated proportionally between Unfazed Founder™ and the Affiliate based on the commission rate for that transaction.

Formula: Affiliate Payout = (Gross Sale × Affiliate Rate) − (Processing Fees × Affiliate Rate).
Equivalently: Affiliate Payout = Affiliate Rate × (Gross Sale − Processing Fees).

Payment Plans. Each installment generates its own Processing Fees. The fee split and commission calculation happen per successful installment using the same formula above.
Refunds / Chargebacks. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed. Any platform dispute fees (e.g., chargeback fees) are also split pro-rata using the same commission ratio and deducted from future payouts.
Rounding. Payouts are calculated to two (2) decimals after all fees, reversals, and adjustments.
Commissionability: Not all products or events are commissionable. Eligibility is announced in the Affiliate HQ space inside Circle.so, and may change per campaign.
Founder’s Challenge™ Commission Exclusion. Founder’s Challenge: Get True-to-You in 72 Hours™ is a promotional, non-commissionable product. No commissions are paid on the $22 purchase. If Founder’s Challenge is a customer’s first paid purchase through an affiliate, attribution may apply to future qualified purchases only, subject to product ownership and eligibility rules.

Payouts

Paid monthly ONLY via PayPal in USD.
Payout date: on or about 10th of each following month, for prior month’s cleared transactions. SUBJECT TO CHANGE ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE.
Minimum payout threshold: $20 (rolls forward if not met).
Payout Method Changes. The Company may change payout timing, method, or processor at any time upon notice posted in the Affiliate HQ space inside Circle.so, and/or via email.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid PayPal account. Unclaimed payments may be forfeited.
Payout Reports: For transparency, the Company provides a monthly summary of commissions and payouts via Circle DM and/or email. Delivery method may change at the Company’s discretion.

Note: All commissions are paid gross of any applicable taxes. Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and remitting any taxes owed under their local laws and jurisdictions.

Commission Disputes

If you believe a commission is missing or inaccurate, you must email [email protected] within 30 days of the customer’s purchase date and include: (a) buyer’s name and purchase email; (b) product and purchase date; and (c) any supporting evidence (e.g., your coded link, messages). The Company will review in good faith; all determinations are final.

Compliance & Restrictions

Affiliates must:

Market with integrity, avoiding false income claims, high-pressure tactics, or misleading guarantees.
Use only approved affiliate links and materials.
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships (FTC compliance).
Not bid on the Unfazed Founder™ brand name in paid ads or impersonate the brand.
Not share, resell, or misrepresent corporate landing pages without your affiliate ref code attached.

Affiliate Bonuses

You may offer your own optional bonuses to prospects who purchase via your referral, provided that:

You include a clear disclaimer wherever the bonus is promoted:
“This bonus is provided by [Your Name], not by Unfazed Founder™. All questions or support for this bonus should be sent to me directly.”
Buyers must claim your bonus by contacting you directly and providing proof of purchase (name, email, product, date, receipt/screenshot).
You confirm the buyer is a brand-new customer attributed to you before delivering high-value bonuses.
Your bonus cannot misrepresent, discount, contradict, or devalue any Unfazed Founder™ program. You are solely responsible for creating, delivering, and supporting your bonus.

Paid Advertising. Running paid ads (search, social, native, or display) that mention Unfazed Founder™, our trademarks, product names, brand terms (including misspellings/variants), or use our creative assets requires prior written approval from the Company. Bidding on our brand terms, using look-alike domains/handles, or implying official sponsorship is strictly prohibited.

Referral Code Responsibility.

You are responsible for using coded links and/or training your buyers to enter your approved referral code at checkout. If the referral field is blank or another affiliate is entered at the time of first paid purchase, attribution will not be reassigned.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Termination & Forfeiture

If your membership fails and payment is not resolved within our 7-day grace window per terms and conditions, your affiliate account will be:

Immediately deactivated
All future commissions forfeited, including:

Recurring payments from past referrals
Future commissions from upsells, backend offers, or community-based purchases tied to your leads
You will not lose commissions already paid, but you will lose any future earnings if your subscription lapses or is canceled.

There are no exceptions. You must remain in good standing to retain affiliate privileges and commission eligibility.
Misuse of PLR resources, unauthorized distribution, or brand misrepresentation will result in immediate removal.
Past paid commissions remain yours, but no future commissions will accrue.
Attribution Reversion: Upon termination or lapse, attribution for your referred customers reverts to the Company and will not be reinstated if you rejoin.

Grounds for Removal

Unfazed Founder™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your conduct is harmful to our brand, community, or customers. Grounds for removal include but are not limited to:

Misrepresenting Unfazed Founder™, its products, or its leadership.
Violating confidentiality, trust, or sharing internal/proprietary content without express permission.
Attempting to self-refer, impersonate, manipulate cookies, or otherwise game tracking systems.
Engaging in disrespectful, harassing, or unethical conduct toward our team, affiliates, or customers.
Using marketing tactics that violate FTC, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or industry best practices.
Publicly promoting competitor products or services within Unfazed Founder™ spaces or communities.
Attempting to override another affiliate’s referral, including commission sniping, misattribution, or link hijacking.
Attempting to solicit or “flip” customers already attributed to another affiliate (customer poaching) or encouraging buyers to change/refute attribution after the first paid purchase.

Termination is immediate upon notice, and all unpaid commissions will be forfeited if misconduct, fraud, or violation of these Terms is determined.

Intellectual Property

All Program materials, brand assets, and products remain the exclusive property of Unfazed Founder™. Your participation grants you a revocable license to market approved products. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.

All licenses granted hereunder are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable at the Company’s sole discretion.

Replay & Asset Usage

Affiliates may share official replays only via the Company’s approved links. Downloading, editing, rehosting, or redistributing replays or internal content outside official links is prohibited. Promotional assets must be used as provided or as expressly permitted inside the Affiliate HQ space inside Circle.so. Modifications require prior written approval.

Taxes and Reporting Obligations

All commissions earned through the Unfazed Affiliate Program™ are considered taxable income in your jurisdiction.

Affiliate Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all taxes, duties, levies, social contributions, or other obligations arising from commissions you receive, in accordance with the laws and regulations of your country, state, province, or municipality. This includes, but is not limited to: income tax, VAT/GST, sales tax, or self-employment tax.
No Withholding by Company: The Faceless Founder LLC dba Unfazed Founder™ does not withhold, collect, or remit taxes on your behalf unless explicitly required by law. All payouts are issued gross, less processing fees, and you must calculate and remit any applicable taxes yourself. Where required by law, the Company may suspend payouts until you provide required tax documentation
Forms & Documentation: Where legally required (e.g., IRS Form 1099 in the United States), you may be required to provide tax identification information. The Company may issue tax reporting forms as required by applicable law. Failure to provide accurate documentation may delay or forfeit payouts.
Global Affiliates: Affiliates outside the United States are responsible for complying with their local tax authority requirements. Unfazed Founder™ does not provide tax advice, and participation does not create an employer/employee or tax agent relationship.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Faceless Founder LLC dba Unfazed Founder™ from any claims, penalties, or liabilities arising from your failure to comply with applicable tax obligations.

Disclaimers

Income Disclaimer: Any examples of results shared are for illustration only. No results are guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your effort, business model, and market.
No Employment Relationship: Affiliate status does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. You are an independent contractor.
Technology Disclaimer: The Program may rely on third-party platforms (Circle, Kajabi, PayPal, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, downtime, or delays caused by third-party services. Delivery of payout reports via Circle DM/email may be delayed during outages
We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, browsers, or operating systems

Modifications

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in Affiliate HQ and/or via email. Your continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability / No Waiver / Assignment

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your affiliate rights without the Company’s prior written consent. The Company may assign these Terms at any time.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the broader Unfazed Founder™ Membership Terms & Conditions, form the entire agreement between you and The Faceless Founder LLC regarding the Unfazed Affiliate Program™.

This sharing of limited personal data is required to operate the Unfazed Affiliate Program™, and users choosing to register via an affiliate link acknowledge and consent to this processing.

Unfazed Founder™ does not sell your personal data. We share limited information with affiliates only for the legitimate business purposes of attribution, communication, and commission fulfillment.

If you are located in the European Union, the legal basis for this data sharing is Unfazed Founder™’s legitimate interest in operating an affiliate referral system (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

FOUNDER’S CHALLENGE™ REWARD FUNNEL (PURCHASE-ONLY ATTRIBUTION + COMMISSION EXCLUSION)

Founder’s Challenge: Get True-to-You in 72 Hours™ (“Founder’s Challenge”) may be promoted by approved affiliates. A “Who referred you?” field may appear for tracking and attribution purposes.

No commission is paid on the $22 Founder’s Challenge purchase.
Attribution is recorded only when Founder’s Challenge is purchased (not when a user registers, opts in, or signs up for the challenge without purchase).
If a user does not purchase Founder’s Challenge and later purchases a different Unfazed Founder™ product, attribution will be determined by that first paid purchase and will not be retroactively assigned to the original referral source.
If a user’s first paid purchase is Founder’s Challenge, attribution may apply only to future commissionable purchases (subject to the affiliate’s eligibility and product ownership rules), while the $22 Founder’s Challenge purchase remains non-commissionable.
Founder’s Challenge may include promotional incentives (for example, access to Startup Stories™ stated value $111 if challenge requirements are completed within seventy-two (72) hours). Promotional incentives do not change commissionability.

DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENTS

All third-party platforms we use are under formal data processing agreements (DPAs) and are contractually required to:

Maintain strict data confidentiality
Process only as instructed
Protect your data using secure practices

SECURITY & BREACH RESPONSE

We use SSL encryption, access controls, and industry-standard protocols to protect your data. However, no system is ever completely secure.

In the event of a confirmed data breach, we will notify affected users via email within 72 hours, with steps to mitigate harm.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the original purpose:

For email subscribers: until you unsubscribe
For purchases: up to 7 years (legal/accounting purposes)
For analytics/advertising: up to 26 months or as allowed by law

You may request deletion at any time.
