3 weeks to AI fluency
Become the operator your company cannot lose.
Claim your seatTaught by John Brewton and Wessal Khader, operators who run real companies, not professors or coders. Built across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. June 16 to July 1, 2026.
Why I built this
What I've built.
I am an operator and a consultant. For the last five years, companies have hired my firm, 6AEP, to cut costs, grow EBITDA, and lift enterprise value. The numbers above are the outcomes of that work.
For the last two years, the highest-leverage version of that work has been one thing: building a company's AI operating system. I engineer these inside my clients' organizations and run them on the two companies I own. As I teach this course, I am in the midst of doing that work inside client organizations.
This means I understand all of the sides of your situation. I sit with the CEOs, deciding what AI fluent has to mean for their teams, so I know exactly what they want from people they are hiring and promoting. Oper(AI)te is the first time I am building that operating system outside of an engagement, one operator at a time.

The quiet part
What strong operators are noticing.
None of this gets said in a meeting. All of it is true. The operators who stay ahead are the ones already noticing it.
The work is speeding up around you.
Something that took you three days, a more junior person now turns around in an afternoon. You saw it. You have not said it out loud.
The old credentials count for less.
The track record that opened doors five years ago still matters. It opens fewer of them than it did.
Every operating role is being redrawn.
Yours included. Not as a threat. As the plain state of the work right now.
The company is not the backup it once was.
If the quiet plan was to lean on the business if things shifted, the shift is already reaching the business.
Your best skill is repricing.
The work you are genuinely best at is worth something different than it was a year ago.
Every one of these is true, and every one resolves the same way. The operators who get fluent early do not lose their edge. They reset it on new ground. The concern was never the problem. Standing still was. The first move is still yours.
Who teaches it
Two operators. No professors.
A Harvard-trained economist and a fifteen-year operator inside B2B industrial companies. He runs two companies right now and is making both AI fluent in public. Through 6AEP he installs AI operating systems inside client companies. He leads every Oper(AI)te session.
A four-time entrepreneur and a conversion specialist across two decades of building, scaling, and exiting companies. She runs the coaching ecosystem that turns what operators learn into what they actually implement.
John builds the curriculum. Wessal makes it stick. Most AI courses leave you knowing more. Oper(AI)te is built so you operate differently after, and keep operating that way once the cohort closes.
The capability
What AI fluency actually means.
AI fluency is not knowing what AI can do. It is changing how your work gets done.
This is not an academic AI course. It is not beginner tutorials from someone who has never run a company. It is not a tour of tools. It is the working capability itself.
A fluent operator moves faster, makes better calls, and offloads the low-value work that used to fill the week. Three weeks from now, in the actual job:
A week, once you are fluent
What you get
Three weeks, built around your role.
Foundation
AI connected to where you actually work.
Run the real work on AI
Analysis, research, and your team of AI agents.
Your team is running
Agents working on their own. You lead.
Six live sessions over three weeks. Two a week, 90 minutes each. Every session is recorded. No homework. You build your systems live, on your own work. You do not practice on a sample company. You practice on yours.
Everything you build is set up around your role and your company. A revenue leader, a head of operations, and a founder leave with three different systems, because the work is theirs, not a template.
The AI-Fluent Operator's Setup
You connect AI to where you actually work: email, calendar, files, the apps you live in. By the end, you ask your inbox and calendar a question and get a real answer.
Your Communication and Calendar Hub
Email triaged and drafted. Scheduling that resolves itself. A daily brief that arrives without you asking. You walk out with a working hub and a week view you could show your CEO.
Analysis and Research, Done Fast
Spreadsheets, dashboards, and reading run through AI. A research question returns a sourced answer in minutes. You produce a board-ready brief inside an hour.
Build Your Team of AI Agents
The core build. You map your role, then set up a small team of AI agents that handle defined work across sales, operations, strategy, and finance. You hand them their first real assignment live.
A set of AI assistants you learn to configure, once each, with a defined job that does real work on request, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, always reporting back. You direct them. They carry the work that sits on your desk unaddressed for weeks. When new work arrives, you build a new agent.
Put the Agents to Work
You tune the agents, connect them to your live tools, and set them to run on their own. By the end, work finishes overnight.

Proof
What operators say.
Creativity without structure is like a feast without a table — abundance, but no gathering. I am so glad I found your work to put structure to the digital creator chaos. Thank you.
It looks like you're doing cool stuff with a joyful vibe, and your sessions offer was too good to pass up!
I'm eager to follow in your footsteps.
John doesn't give you advice. He gives you clarity. Every sentence landed. Five insights. All actionable. No filler.
One of the best business decisions I've made. John is a one-man writing and research machine. The amount of data, dashboards and analysis he shares is truly impressive.
There are a lot of people who can talk a big game, but few can back it up like John. A powerhouse operations leader with degrees from Harvard and a PhD in Economics from Chicago, and a track record scaling a firm from $25M to $75M.
The fit
Who this is built for.
Oper(AI)te is for the operator who already built something real and intends to stay ahead of what is coming. Title matters less than how you work.
You carry real responsibility for outcomes. You decide with incomplete information, you move fast, and you are the bottleneck more often than you would like. You are beginner to early-intermediate with AI, and you are done watching from the side.
It is not for someone collecting prompt templates, and not for someone who wants the price to be the deciding factor. The work rewards operators who will actually apply it.
