No. The reframe and the live build are designed for operators with beginner to early-intermediate AI experience. If you can run a meeting, you can absorb this.
The first 20 minutes carry the mental shift. The middle 20 carry the build. The last 20 carry the audit and the invitation. If you can only attend part of the hour, attend the first 40 minutes minimum or the value compounds backwards.
